A-LOCK has a significant advantage over traditional nuts and bolts.: The shallow incline of the
asymmetric thread prevents relative motion between the bolt and nut, producing a locked, vibration
resistant condition. No need to be concerned about tensile preloading with A-Lock fasteners. Our
vibration tests were successfully performed with the nut tightened below standard industry
recommended torque values.
A-Lock replace traditional nuts and bolts, eliminates additional hardware, and are reusable.
