TSM is a locking device for rigidly mounting mechanical components onto a shaft. Due to its asymmetric thread
geometry, a large radial clamping force is produced when the nut is tightened. Torksleeve M is a precision,
dynamically balanced product suitable for high speed applications. This simple, two-piece keyless fastener can be
installed within seconds, reducing assembly costs. As the nut is tightened, an axial force clamps the component to the
sleeve's hex head, which has a concave configuration for gripping the component, and a radial force clamps the slotted
sleeve onto the shaft at the same time. Torksleeve M can be installed on shafts with existing keyways.

A superior method for building frames, mounting shafts, pins, rails
to thin sheet metal or plastic walls as thin as .03", offers radial and
axial adjustments and locks in seconds. TSM1 mounts shafts up
to 3.00" diameter

Torksleeve M1 mounts hubless metal or plastic gears, sprockets, pulleys, cams or any
component onto a shaft. No need for metal bushing in plastic components. Offers infinite
radial and axial adjustments and quick lock and release action.
