Here is how it works
The bearing is pressed onto the center section of the ring and nuts are installed. As the nuts are tightened, the continuous incline of the
asymmetric thread rigidly clamps sleeve to the shaft on both sides of the bearing significantly reducing vibration and noise. The nuts can be
tightened and released repeatedly without marring the shaft.
