Our patented single sleeve locking devices designed to work with standard 60 deg. female threads.  The key to this compact design is the wedging action created by asymmetric thread profile with standard female threads

At assembly, by turning the nut against component, the crest of the standard thread slides axially against the ramp of sleeve threads along the entire thread engagement length.
As the clamp load increases, the incline of the ramp is drawn tightly against the standard thread crest generating a high radial force locking the component and simultaneously contracts the slotted sleeve causing to grip the shaft. 

This mechanical interference fit resists shock loads and is vibration resistant.


TSLock is thinner, smaller, lighter, less expansive and can acomodate more then one camponent on a single  sleeve.
This unique design expands its application in wide range of industries from gears, cams, pulleys sprockets to shafts, tubes conveyor rolls. ​

The threaded diameter in component must be within specified  drill hole diameter and tolerances  

Screw components in to the sleeve and slide the assembly onto the shaft.
Hold the sleeve with one hand and with the other hand tighten firmly the first component against the nut, the sleeve will slightly compresses gripping the shaft, next tighten second component against the first one.  Now hold the sleeve with one wrench and with the second wrench turn the nut against components.   
The components will slide axially on the shallow inclines of the sleeve threads, generating high radial force locking the components and shaft at the same time.
